Ethan Zwiers
Owner/Lead Arborist
Ethan holds a bachelors in multiple forestry disciplines at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point and currently maintains an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certification. After working in multiple locations around the state as a climbing arborist, he started Trophy Tree Care LLC out of Reedsville, WI in 2025.
Ethan is passionate about being a part of the tree care process from start to finish. “I love being able to meet with my clients to truly understand their goals for the property, and later being able to return to ensure the work is done exactly how we envisioned,” he says.
Ethan’s favorite part of working at Trophy Tree Care is the camaraderie between crew and client. “We’re all working together to produce the healthiest trees and most beautiful landscape we can. Positive interactions and building professional relationships are a huge bonus.”

Ian Corrado
Crew Lead
Ian is an ISA Certified Arborist with a bachelor’s degree in urban forestry from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. He has worked as an Arborist for over 5 years, joining Trophy Tree Care in 2025. He has a passion for the vital role trees play in our communities and ecosystems.
Ian is especially interested in the preservation side of arboriculture and believes tree care should prioritize good outcomes for trees while balancing the needs of the client. He enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to the clients’ concerns while minimizing impact on the tree and supporting its long-term health.
Ian is committed to pursuing a continued education in the field of arboriculture to provide the best long-term care for trees possible. His favorite part of working at Trophy Tree Care is working alongside friends who share the same care and passion for trees and providing thoughtful, high-quality tree care.
